A non-profit social enterprise dedicated to empowering marginalized women and girls in rural communities.
Our mission at Kazi Mingi Foundation is to reduce unemployment and poverty among women and youth by equipping them with market-ready vocational, digital, and business skills that lead to self-reliance and economic independence.

HOW WE WORK

Our participatory approaches to ensure that communities are involved in all stages of the project cycle, from design to implementation to evaluation. We emphasize capacity building and skill development to ensure that communities can continue to benefit from our programs after we leave. As Kazi Mingi Foundation, we place a strong emphasis on monitoring and evaluation to ensure that our programs are achieving their objectives and having a positive impact on people’s lives.
